Holiday Shipping Times

We thought it was a good time to let you know what our schedule will be over the Christmas period and to provide you with some information that will help you and your customers when ordering coming up to the Christmas break and thereafter.

The following table will show you the last date for receiving orders for delivery by 24th December 2013 via standard or express delivery:

Snuffboxetc will continue to ship within 24-48hrs of your order.However, because of unpredictable weather and the incredible amounts of parcels the Post Office has to deal with, we request you allow extra time for delivery. Some orders are delivered within 4 days while others have been known to take up to 6 weeks. This is sometimes due to the overzealous nature of Customs officers and the overall mayhem of this time of year.

USA US SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Royal Mail Postage calculator. In addition, orders over $100 have to be shipped via International Signed For or Airsure which is like US Priority Mail. Both come with tracking numbers and extra insurance.

BGreat Britain GB SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Royal Mail Postage calculator.

EU EU SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Royal Mail Postage calculator.

ROW SHIPPING/HANDLING COST:

Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Royal Mail Postage calculator.


SHIPPING POLICY: 

I understand that Snuffboxetc is not responsible for any delays caused by your Customs Service or the Mail Service. This is out with our control and delivery times are therefore estimates only.

All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday. In the event that an item is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

In the rare event of an item not turning up, please bear in mind that the postal service has clear rules for making enquiries into whether something is 'lost'. We must abide by these rules obviously. Royal Mail will not entertain any inquiry until 28 working days after postage, starting from the day after the actual day of posting.  The Royal Mail does not count weekends or public holidays as business days .They will not deal with our enquiry on your behalf until this time period has elapsed.

If the item is not with you within 28 working days, we will refund / replace the item for you at our discretion. In order for us to refund / replace, please bear in mind that you may have to sign a short declaration of non delivery.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:

If damage happens to your items in shipping, please refuse your order, indicate "damaged" on delivery receipt and contact us immediately so we can replace your order. We will take all steps necessary to insure that you have your replacement product as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of, and pay for, any taxes or duty that may be due on their order. We are not liable for and taxes or duty, with the exception of VAT where appropriate. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not get sent back to us. Unfortunately, we have no way to control this.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, simply return it to us in its original unopened packaging for a full refund, less shipping charges, no questions asked. You have 10 days after receipt to make this decision.

IF YOU REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE OR YOUR PACKAGE IS REFUSED BY LOCAL CUSTOMS:

If you refuse your order due to local duties, or your local customs refuses your package due to local restrictions there is unfortunately nothing we can do. We do not reship or refund refused orders since this matter is out of our control. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local Customs office for further information before you place an order.
